About RallyMixer
RallyMixer is a free badminton schedule generator for pickup sessions — spend less time managing the game and more time playing it.
Two problems, one tool
Running a pickup session has two distinct overhead problems that most groups just silently absorb.
The first happens before you step on court: building a workable rotation. How many rounds? Who plays with who? Who rests which round? Doing this manually takes time — and even prompting an AI to help requires several back-and-forths before you get something usable. By then, people are already waiting.
The second problem runs throughout the session. Mid-rally, mid-argument: what's the score again? Whose serve is it? The scorekeeper is expected to hold all of that in their head — which means they spend the session tracking the game rather than watching it. RallyMixer handles scores, serving order, and game-point detection automatically, so the person keeping score has the mental capacity to actually follow the game.
RallyMixer handles both. Enter your players, generate a full session schedule in seconds, and share it to everyone's phone via the Live Room. From there, the app carries the overhead — so everyone can focus on the game.

Built by one person, shaped by real players
RallyMixer was built by a single player who kept running into the same problems at every session. It started as a personal fix — something that actually worked at the court, on a phone, in the middle of a game.
It's been used and tested by a real group of regulars since it launched in May 2026. What gets built next is shaped by everyone using it — ideas, feature requests, and bug reports all go directly to the person who built it.
